Treatment Plan Coordinators: provide an essential part of patient care.
Our TCs (Treatment Plan Coordinators) ensure that our patients are receiving the dental care they need by assisting in financial arrangements as well as scheduling appointments. This is a vital position between the doctors and the patients, as you will be a liaison between the two. You will be responsible for helping patients achieve optimum dental health.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven independent worker that can be detail-oriented while also thriving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable dealing with finances and collecting payments.
The Front Desk Concierge: is a vital part of providing the best patient experience.
The concierge gives our patients the first impression when they walk into our practice and it is important that they welcome all of our patients into the building. Details are important so the perfect candidate is someone that can smile under pressure while also accurately entering patient details into our practice management software.
The ideal candidate is someone that puts a lot of care into their appearance and always has a smile on their face. Candidates must be dependable.
Our Insurance Coordinators: assist our patients in understanding their dental insurance benefits.
With hundreds of different options, our insurance coordinators assist our patients in filing claims as well as appealing denials. Since dental insurance plans are all different, it can be difficult for patients to make informed decisions about their dental care, our dental insurance coordinators make that easier by calling insurances and getting the details of each plan built into our practice management software.
The ideal candidate is a fast-paced worker, works well under pressure and is detailed oriented.
Scheduling Coordinator: Scheduling Coordinators answer the incoming calls of the practice and schedule the appointments for the providers. They deliver superior customer service and ensure that all questions and concerns are answered in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate is someone that can work in a fast-paced environment, upbeat personality, dependable and is a team player.
Marketing Coordinator: The Marketing Coordinator works with the marketing director with creative design and content creation. They are responsible for executing internal and external events, promotions, and marketing correspondence.
The ideal candidate is someone who is open-minded, creative, has great time management skills, and works well under pressure. Marketing experience is a plus.
Dental hygienists: provide preventative oral care under a dentist’s supervision.
They can clean patients’ teeth and examine their mouths for signs of damage, gingivitis, and other diseases. They are also the primary treating provider for periodontal disease. Hygienists teach patients how to maintain good oral health.
Registered Dental Assistant: performs many tasks including scheduling appointments, record-keeping, taking X-rays, and assisting dentists with patients.
Dental Assistants also perform procedures, such as applying sealant and fluoride and work under the direction of a licensed dentist to complete lab work and prep materials for the dentist to use during procedures.
Hygiene Coordinator: Hygiene Coordinators manage the scheduling of patients, including arranging and confirming appointments. They ensure that patients attend their appointments on schedule. In case of cancellations, they must follow up to motivate patients to maintain or reschedule their appointments.
Sterile Technicians: Sterile Technicians are responsible for manually cleaning and sterilizing the equipment and instruments to be used during surgery. Sterile processing technicians are also responsible for examining, testing and monitoring certain items, such as autoclaves, to ensure they’re operating properly.

More about the role
- Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatment
- Conduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history in order to provide quality care
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography, etc.)
- Provide superior chairside assistance (i.e., four-handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping
- Prepare treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendations

Minimum Qualifications
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
- If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting required
- Dentrix or other dental software experience
- Dental assisting school certification
- Self started, motivated, driven, flexible, friendly
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced atmosphere
